When do orders close?
Every Wednesday 18:00 (Harare time), for baking and delivery or collection on Friday. Order after that and your box goes to the following Friday.
How many boxes can I order?
As many as you like, up to the weekly limit. If a Friday sells out, the site tells you and rolls your order to the next one.
Where do you deliver and what does it cost?
We deliver around Harare on Friday. The fee depends on distance: once you order, we WhatsApp you the delivery fee to add to your EcoCash payment.
Can I collect instead?
Yes, collection in Highlands, Harare is free. You get the full address on your order confirmation once you have ordered.
How do I pay?
By EcoCash. Place your order, send the total to EcoCash +263 77 235 4470 and use your name as the reference. We confirm your order on WhatsApp once your payment arrives.
What allergens are in the boxes?
The boxes contain dairy, eggs and gluten, and may contain nuts. Tell us about any allergy before you order.
How do I store my box?
Keep it refrigerated and enjoy it within 2 days for the best taste.
Can I send a box as a gift?
Of course. Add a gift note when you order and put the recipient’s address in the delivery field. We’ll tuck your message in.
I need to change or cancel my order.
Message us on WhatsApp before the cut-off and we’ll sort it out.
